Local 503 stewards help their colleagues understand the collective agreement and stand up for their rights when required. They also plan fun social events, develop their negotiation, research, administrative and public speaking skills, and help create lifelong links between our members and the people and organizations making the world a better place. We provide paid training and professional development opportunities for all of our stewards and workplace reps.
